This is a quick and easy marinade for pork chops, pork tenderloin, pork in the crock pot, etc. The measurements
are not absolute as it depends upon the quantity of meat to be cooked, and your taste buds. Finely chop fresh rosemary,
sage, and thyme, and place inside a zip lock bag along with a 50/50 blend of water and white vinegar. If grilling,
place your pork chops inside the bag and allow to marinade for at least an hour, turning the bag over occasionally
so all the chops become somewhat saturated. Or, place the tenderloin, shoulder, etc. in a crock pot, pour the marinade
over the meat, and slow-cook until done. One of my favorite methods of cooking something like this is to sear it
in a grill pan, then finish it in the oven.
